Working Principle

The XC6109C33ANR-G is designed with a Precision Voltage Reference (PVR) circuit and an embedded N-channel MOSFET switch. In the ON state, PVR powers the internal REFERENCE inputs of the four I/O (Input/Output) controllers, while the NMOS switch turns on and supplies the external high voltage load. When the device is turned OFF, the NMOS switch turns off and the internal PVR circuit is disabled.The PVR circuit provides a precise and stable reference voltage, for each I/O port supplying the necessary accuracy for precise power sequencing. The external voltage (VIN1) is also adjustable, allowing precise control over the turn-on and turn-off voltage levels. The XC6109C33ANR-G can be configured to triggered ON, OFF, or both ON and OFF conditions.The XC6109C33ANR-G also features an Over-Voltage Protection (OVP) function, which prevents the output voltage from exceeding the programmed limit. It also features a programmable On/Off interval delay, to ensure that each output sequence is completed without interruption. Additionally, the XC6109C33ANR-G has an integrated ramp generator for controlling the output voltage ramp-up and ramp-down profiles for a smooth transition from off to on or on to off.The XC6109C33ANR-G is a highly integrated, small package Supervisors device that provides optimal power supply sequencing control.
