The XC6118N16AMR-G is an integrated supervisory circuit optimized for automotive applications. Applying a single high-side driven external power supply with an internal linear reset generator, the XC6118N16AMR-G offers system reset, power-on reset and low voltage detection reset functions. The supervisory circuit also provides undervoltage lock-out protection against external disturbances at the system level.The XC6118N16AMR-G has a wide operating temperature range of -40 ℃ - 125 ℃, and its reset threshold voltage can be adjusted by an external resistor, providing system designers with the flexibility to tailor the device for the desired reset threshold. The XC6118N16AMR-G features a unique power-on delay period of 600 us maximum with an adjustable reset assertion slew rate.
