The XC6122F718ER-G is a Supervisors (Power Management Integrated Circuit – Power Supervisor) that provides startup, reset, and power supply monitoring functions in one package. This PMIC, manufactured by NEC and launched in 2012, has numerous applications in a large spectrum of markets.The XC6122F718ER-G has the capability to generate three different types of reset signals and supports an external watchdog timer. It can also be configured to monitor and control the power supply, provide power on reset at startup and maintain system power-on reset even if the main power is removed, or if the system is out of regulation or if there is a power supply failure in the system. The power supply of the XC6122F718ER-G is from 1.65V to 6.0V and uses a quiescent current of 0.6mA.The XC6122F718ER-G is specifically designed for embedded systems and designs that require protection from power supply failure and reset operations.
