XC6123C340MR-G, produced by TOREX, is a microcomputer system resetting (MCSR) type power supply supervisor IC. It has been designed to add reliable power supply monitoring in consumer applications, including those that are battery-operated. This supervisor is both low power and small size and suitable for a range of low voltage, one- or two-cell battery powered applications.

This MCSR type supervisor uses an integrated voltage detectors and circuit reset controller. It is suitable for power supply monitoring and reset operating with a wide range supplies, including one-, two-, or three-cell lithium-ion batteries, and direct current power supplies. The power supply supervisor can detect the BAT voltage and VDD voltage, and has the capability of forcing an inhibit function with the toggling of the power-on reset pin. This prevents excessive power drain due to unwanted system reset operations.

The XC6123C340MR-G supervisor IC has an adjustable trip voltage and fault time delay, both of which are set using external resistors.
