Working Principle

The XGAC series follows a typical AC/DC voltage conversion process, as shown below:

Input AC Voltage → Full Bridge Rectifier → Filter → Voltage-to-Current Transformer → Adjustable Output Voltage → Output DC Voltage

The input AC voltage is first rectified by the full bridge rectifier, which consists of four diodes. This process increases the input DC voltage to approximately 1.5x the AC input voltage. The rectified voltage is then sent to a filter circuit, which reduces any residual ripple and spikes and provides a steady DC voltage for the subsequent steps. This filtered DC voltage is then sent to a voltage-to-current transformer, which regulates the voltage by changing the current running through the circuit. The resulting adjustable output voltage is sent to the output DC voltage, which provides the user with the final output.
