The XRP2526ID-1-F device is a power distribution switch, a load driver, designed to simply and quickly route, regulate and protect power distribution within specialized applications. With integrated circuits, digital I/O, transistors and linear controllers, the XRP2526ID-1-F can be deployed in numerous digital control and power control applications to maximize power efficiency and accuracy.

The XRP2526ID-1-F features two independent, identical channels, which can be used for different applications. The channels support a 300V input voltage range, and the P-channel MOSFETs can safely deliver up to 5A of current. Each channel also includes an adjustable on-time delay and an adjustable off-time delay to help protect against overvoltage and undervoltage.

The XRP2526ID-1-F is a divided channel multiple output with connected output arrangement. It is built with a P-channel MOSFET and an adjustable off-time delay.
