It is designed for off-line, secondary side synchronous rectification systems, and can be used with a variety of converter topologies. Its integrated bridge drivers allow the XRP7725RDS to provide high efficiency, low ripple and low EMI for powering various high-power applications.The XRP7725EVB-DEMO-2-KITA comes with a 20-pin primary side JEDEC socket and a 6-pin secondary side JEDEC socket. It provides a complete test environment to evaluate the performance of the XRP7725RDS power supply IC with various power topologies. The XRP7725RDS can be configured to use a buck, boost, SEPIC or forward converter topology by changing the timing of the primary side and secondary side drivers and voltage feedback paths.The XRP7725EVB-DEMO-2-KITA includes an accurate power measurements up to 9A and 12A on the primary and secondary sides, respectively. In addition, this evaluation board also provides differentiating EMI and ripple measurements with 1MHz bandwidth.
