Y92S-27 is an AC/DC motor drives trigger control module, which converts industrial control signals into pulse frequency and width modulations, and transmits them to the driver and inverter. The Y92S-27 comes with a built-in integrated circuit, which is equipped with trigger control and trip-free functions.
Application field
Y92S-27 is mainly used for the control of speed by AC/DC motors such as DC speed motor, servo motor, stepper motor and AC speed motor. This module provides a flexible and convenient solution for speed control of AC/DC motors. It can be used in various fields such as industrial automation, precision transmission, robot control, LED lighting, and medical equipment.
Working principle
Y92S-27 adopts a digital PWM modulation control strategy. When the signal is input, the module receives the signal and then transforms it into a pulse frequency modulation (PFM) signal. The output frequency and pulse width of the PFM signal can be adjusted. Through the built-in integrated circuit, the module can output the PFM signal which can be directly connected to the driver. Subsequently, the driver can control the speed of the motor according to the PFM signal.
In addition, the module has a trip-free function. When the drive generates fault information, the trip-free function will stop the drive immediately and will not affect the performance of the internal circuit.
