ZMV934ATA is a type of diode that belongs to the family of ‘variable Capacitance (Varicap, Varactors)’ diodes. It is a longform miniature surface mount transistor with a reverse voltage of between 30 and 50 volts. Furthermore, the device features an operating temperature that ranges from -65°C to 150°C. The device contains an isolated dual binning system for creation of two different temperature operating points.

Working Principle of ZMV934ATA

The working principle of ZMV934ATA is based on the ability of the diode to vary the capacitance of its junction when exposed to an external reverse voltage.
