Working Principle

ZRC250A01STOB is an integrated voltage reference, which consists of a voltage reference and a voltage follower. The voltage reference is a band-gap reference circuit, which makes use of the relationship between the temperature coefficient of the base-emitter junction voltage and the base current, to produce a voltage reference. The voltage follows then use a FET to provide a gain and buffer the reference voltage to the output.
