The ZRC400A03 is an adjustable three-terminal voltage regulator. This product offers excellent precision performance with regard to both accuracy and temperature stability over wide range applications. It is based on a Silicon Carbide (SiC) reference cell which, unlike typical band-gap references, exhibits near zero temperature coefficient and excellent tolerance to line transformer noise, making it an excellent choice as a voltage reference in precision applications.
The ZRC400A03 is feartured with a high accuracy which is 1% over line and temperature. It is a low power supply without requiring any external compensation components but with very fast response time of less than 3μsec. Its output can be adjusted externally from 5V to 20V by using the appropriate resistors. It also has open-circuit and short-circuit protection as a self-protection.
The application field of the ZRC400A03 is not limited to any specific field.
