AT49LV040-90JC is a 4M nonvolatile Flash memory with a device storage capacity offering fast access time and microsecond write cycle. It is widely used in numerous applications that require a very high speed and robust engineer. The AT49LV040-90JC memory is based on a floating gate random access memory (FRAM) design with an array of floating gates storing data.
