AT49F002A-55JI, also called AT49F002A-55JI Flash-EEPROM, is a Flash memory chip produced by STMicroelectronics. It was first released in the year 2000, and it is still a popular nonvolatile memory device today. This chip is part of the AT45 series and is based on Flash technology. It has a large storage space and comes in several memory configurations: 64K x 8, 128K x 8 and 256K x 8. It has a fast access time and can reach read/write speeds up to 15ns.
