The 0ZRC0075FF1E PTC resettable fuse is a miniaturized device designed for the protection of high technology and circuit boards, such as those found in cell phones, gaming devices, printers, tablets, computers and other similar electronic equipment. It has a 75A hold and a 125A trip current. It has a quick response time of 75ms and a reset time of between 150-200ms. It has a low self-capacitance and a high maximum operating voltage of 630VAC.
The working principle of the 0ZRC0075FF1E PTC resettable fuse is based on the negative temperature coefficient characteristics of the PTC ceramic material where when the applied current exceeds a preset level, the PTC ceramic material will undergo a rapid temperature increase, increasing the resistance of the material and therefore reducing the current.
