For Stand-by, the allowable voltage range is from 0.63V to 2.08V. The Active voltage range varies from 0.9V to 2.08V. This allows the memory device to operate optimally with minimal power consumption.The 11LC080T-E/MS is extremely reliable and can operate within the standard industrial temperature range of -40℃ to 85℃ without deteriorating. The device also supports the more stringent industrial temperature range of -40℃ to 105℃ when soldered directly onto a PCB.
