The 11LC080T-E/MS is a 128-megabit Stand-Alone Flash Memory, with a total capacity of 8 MB. This product adopts industry standard designs and interfaces, all of which are built-in and mounted directly onto a Printed Circuit Board (PCB). This stand-alone flash memory offers both low power consumption and maximum reliability, making it especially popular in consumer electronics, industrial machinery, and other applications. 11LC080T-E/MS has a control register that allows users to configure the operating parameters of the device.The 11LC080T-E/MS is mostly applicable in consumer electronics such as digital home appliances and smart devices, while its excellent overall performance makes it suitable for industrial applications as well. The product supports the following operations: program and erase, read/write programming, read/write extended addresses, write to program verify (WPV), read/write protection, self-erasing and random data.The 11LC080T-E/MS stand-alone flash memory is based on the 4x4 architecture. By default, it features four banks consisting of 4k bytes per bank, which equals a total capacity of 16 kbytes per device. Each bank can be configured separately, meaning that the device can be operated in two or four different configurations (e.g. 2/4 banks x 4 k bytes/2 k bytes). This allows for a higher degree of customization for various use cases.The 11LC080T-E/MS uses an innovative and unique 32-bit indirect register page system to access data. This page system allows users to store up to 128 addresses in the data controller. Furthermore, the 11LC080T-E/MS uses a shared bus structure with the single-data-configuration support. This provides a high degree of flexibility during design, as well as efficient operation during runtime.The 11LC080T-E/MS stand-alone flash memory supports a variety of SPI and QPI/xSPI read/write commands as well as address protocols. It also supports the industry standard 9-bit and 10-bit address formats. For example, when using the 9-bit address format, the device can support up to two thousand pages or two thousand-and-fifty-five bytes each page. For the 10-bit address format, the device can support up to four thousand pages or four thousand-and-fifty-five-six bytes each page.When it comes to power saving features, the 11LC080T-E/MS stand-alone flash memory supports multiple voltage ranges for both Stand-by and Active modes. For Stand-by, the allowable voltage range is from 0.63V to 2.08V. The Active voltage range varies from 0.9V to 2.08V. This allows the memory device to operate optimally with minimal power consumption.The 11LC080T-E/MS is extremely reliable and can operate within the standard industrial temperature range of -40℃ to 85℃ without deteriorating. The device also supports the more stringent industrial temperature range of -40℃ to 105℃ when soldered directly onto a PCB. This makes it suitable for more demanding production environments.In addition, the 11LC080T-E/MS employs a high-speed write cycle time of 20ns. This fast write time helps to minimize latency and improve overall performance. This is especially beneficial for applications that involve a high number of write operations or require the device memory to be updated quickly and often.The 11LC080T-E/MS stand-alone flash memory offers superior storage capacity and industrial-grade reliability in a compact package for a wide range of use cases.
