Headers, Plugs and Sockets

In terms of installation, header types are usually used for hard-wiring connections, while the plcs and sockets are used for immediate connections. Headers require more effort in installation, as they are usually assembled first, then wired to the board with insulated wires. Plcs and sockets, however, are more suitable for making quick connections without any fuss.
