Terminal Blocks - Headers, Plugs and Sockets

Terminal blocks are physical electrical connectors made up of metal clamps or strips, designed to hold one or more electrical or electronic wires or cables. Though very simple in design, terminal blocks provide an extremely important function in the proper connection of electrical signals. Headers

Plugs

They provide secure electrical connection points, as well as facilitate the physical mounting of the socket to a panel. The use of sockets is ubiquitous, and are used in almost any sort of electrical or electronic system imaginable. These are most commonly used in high current and high voltage applications such as electric motors, HVAC systems, and other industrial applications.Terminal blocks are an essential piece of the puzzle when it comes to the development of a successful electronic system. By providing an effective solution for the connection of multiple circuits, they provide an added layer of reliability and organization which serves to make any given system as efficient as possible.
