Working Principle

The pin connection is held in place by a sealed plastic cradle which prevents dust or moisture from entering the contact point. Connections are further secured with a screw locking mechanism. The Heavy Duty Terminal Blocks are designed for optimum performance in a range of different environments. The pins are constructed from durable materials such as nickel-plated brass and stainless steel, and the housing is constructed from high impact plastics such as polyamide and polybutylene terephthalate. The Heavy Duty Terminal Blocks are also able to withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to +125°C. The products also feature a high degree of electrical isolation, ensuring maximum safety in applications. The Heavy Duty Terminal Blocks also feature a broad voltage range of 400V or 630V, depending on the model, and can support a continuous current of up to 16A.
