1N4769, also known as “low power consumption Zener diode”, is a kind of popular single-terminal voltage regulator with an operating voltage of 4 to 50 volts. It is widely used in the telecommunication industry, television sets, industrial equipment and so on. The 1N4769 is a semiconductor device and functioning as a diode.
