The 1Z32UL circuit breakers are generally used in a variety of applications including residential, commercial & industrial, and motor control applications. It is suitable for 3-phase and single-phase, 50Hz/60Hz, AC systems with a rated operating voltage up to 250V and rated current of 63A.Specifically, it can be used in the residential air-conditioner, refrigeration, and fan systems; commercial lighting, air-conditioner, refrigeration, and fan systems; industrial electric heating systems; as well as motor control systems. Additionally, it is also applicable for electronic equipment and transformers.Working Principle:
The 1Z32UL circuit breaker consists of a thermal-magnetic protection system and a tripping mechanism. The thermal-magnetic protection system monitors current and temperature, and trips when either one is beyond the rated values. The tripping mechanism is triggered when the current monitored by the thermal-magnetic protective system reaches a certain level.When an abnormal overcurrent or short circuit occurs, the thermal-magnetic protection system detects the high current flow and starts the tripping mechanism which will open the circuit and disconnect the power supply. This helps to protect the circuit, equipment, and personnel against damage or potential hazards.The 1Z32UL circuit breakers feature an adjustable overload current setting, which can be adjusted depending on the required level of protection. The current setting range is adjustable from 0.1 to 0.6 times of the rated current, and 0.2 to 1.2 times of the motor start current.Conclusion:
