.Gas Discharge Tube Arresters (GDT)
The 2035-15-ALF is a type of Gas Discharge Tube Arrester (GDT), an important protective device in industrial machinery, telecommunications systems and power systems for detecting and diverting surge or overvoltage energy.
The 2035-15-ALF, like any GDT, consists of two parts: the gas-filled chamber filled with the gas, and the electrodes consisting of two copper tungsten or copper electrodes which, when exposed to the gas, form an arc.
