25AA256T-I/SM is a 2Kb, I²C-compatible serial EEPROM manufactured by Microchip Technology. Working Principle

The working principle of the 25AA256T-I/SM Memory is based on the I²C serial bus protocol, which is a bi-directional two-wire serial communication protocol.
