When a current is applied to the electrodes, the organic material emits photons, or light particles. The organic material used is mostly composed of carbon and hydrogen and is designed to emit light when a current is applied.

Graphic Working Principle

Graphic LCD displays use a liquid crystal display (LCD) as the display medium and are combined with a graphic processor. This processor is responsible for controlling the display, such as switching pixels on and off and adjusting the contrast, brightness and color of the image. Like regular LCDs, the pixels in graphic LCDs are composed of tiny liquid crystal molecules that are arranged between two polarizing filters and act like a shutter, blocking or allowing light depending on the electric current applied to it.

Application Field of Graphic

Graphic LCDs are widely used in electronic instruments, kiosks, point-of-sale displays, and portable devices. They are also used in both television and computer monitors.
