2EZ190D10/TR12 is a single Zener diode in a SOD-123 package comprising three series of Zener voltage range. These diodes are available in both standard SOD-123 packages, as well as with the addition of a “short” lead for easier soldering. The diodes offer Zener breakdown voltages from 5.1V up to 20V and are capable of continuous current to 1.0A.
