The 2M130Z A0G diode is a single zener diode from the 2M13x family of zener diodes. They are designed for applications requiring optimized noise performance and high blocking capability. These diodes feature low forward voltage and reverse current for low power consumption and a wide range of choices for optimizing tie-off speeds. They also have a low thermal resistance and a low voltage drop for high reliability and lower power losses.

These diodes are used for applications such as power management, switch mode power supply, power supply ripple control and protection, voltage clamping and voltage regulation. They can also be used between the high- and low-voltage bus levels in switching supplies to maintain the desired separation. The reverse breakdown voltage of these diodes is specified up to 30V.
