The 2N2453A is a PNP transistor array from many type of transistors, including Bipolar Junction Transistors (BJT). It is a 14-pin DIP (Dual Inline Package) device with three groups of transistors in a collector current sharing arrangement. With this device, three discrete transistors of the same part number are on the same chip with such orientation that the collector current from each transistor is mirrored through the other two.
