2STF2550 Application Field and Working Principle
2STF2550 is a high-performance transistor of the bipolar (BJT) single type. It is designed for applications such as high speed switches, circuit monitoring, and in industrial environments. It is made up of a pair of NPN transistors with N-type doping that works in the same way as a normal single BJT.
In the case of the 2STF2550, the Center Collector Base (CCB) is a P-type material which serves as the base for the transistor.
