Working Principle
The 3KP200C TVS – Diode is designed to provide maximum levels of protection against Electro-static discharge and other transient overvoltages. It will become conductive when the voltage exceeds it\'s breakdown voltage, thus limiting the voltage that can reach the protected circuit.
