It is a low-cost board that contains everything you need to get started with creating and testing out embedded projects utilizing the Texas Instruments C55xx Digital Signal Processing (DSP) microcontroller platform.Offered bundled with the free Code Composer Studio integrated development environment (IDE) for the C55xx platform, the 430BOOST-C55AUDIO1 board is designed to be a simple and efficient solution for any user who is looking to get started with building their first audio related embedded system. The 430BOOST-C55AUDIO1 board includes several audio components, including a microphone, speaker, potentiometer, and jack, allowing the user to explore and experiment with basic audio encoding, decoding, or signal processing.The 430BOOST-C55AUDIO1 application field is wide and varied, with the user able to create an array of projects from simple I/O systems designed to interact with hardware components, to complex embedded systems involving signal processing algorithms such as pitch recognition, echo cancellation, and noise shaping.
