Working Principle

There are various forms for Terminal Blocks, such as "populated" or "lateral-entry”.
In the process of using this Terminal Block, the steel part of each terminal is placed on the same side of the pcb, then the terminal block is rotating until the steel portion and pcb are at 90-degree angle, then the steel portion should be firmly pressed with the pcb. After that, the terminal block should be firmly pressed against the pcb to ensure good contact, then the copper strap of the other terminal should be fixed in the same way.
First, after screwing the terminal strip, put the copper terminal screw in the next terminal block hole, and then compress the plastic terminal block and tighten it with a screwdriver. When screwing the copper screw, pay attention to the tightening strength, do not be too tight, just tighten it with a hand touch. Additionally, the contact pressure between the terminal block and the insulated jacket at the same time should be uniform and the screw should be tightened at the same time.
Moreover, universal terminal blocks are used to interconnect two or more terminals, usually for power sources and components. It has a good resistance to electrical conductivity, heat insulation and oxidation and provides stability during power transfer from one point to another.
