Clock/Timing - Clock Generators, PLLs, Frequency Synthesizers
501MLFT (MXL series), also known as maximum performance (MP) reference clock synthesizers, are the latest clock and timing solutions from IDT. They offer a full range of frequency synthesis, multi-Loop PLL (Phase-Lock-Loop) designs, embedded sine wave DDS and embedded distribution amplifiers, featuring an industry leading output frequency range of 1 kHz to 622 MHz. The 501MLFT series feature high output frequency stability, low jitter and high efficiency power dissipation. They feature low power consumption and provide a wide range of output Clocking Solutions in multiple consumer, industrial and telecom applications.
The 501MLFT series have a wide range of applications in the consumer and industrial industry. In the medical industry, the 501MLFT series are well suited for CT scanners and MRI applications. They are also used in data storage, communications and control systems, cat scan and ultrasound applications, robotics systems and many military applications. In industrial applications, the 501MLFT series can be used for process control, machine control, industrial automation, motion control and automation. The working principle of the 501MLFT series is based on two main components: the Phase-Locked Loop (PLL) and the Digital Synthesizers (DS).
