The 510SAB-BBAG programmable oscillators are designed to provide stable low-noise reference timing signals to wireless and satellite communication systems. The device is capable of providing output frequencies that range from 2 to 4 GHz with a center frequency accuracy of +/- 0.05ppm. It features a 3-wire control interface that enables the frequency, modulation and phase of the output signal to be varied.

The 510SAB-BBAG Programmable Oscillators provide excellent phase noise performance with a very low in-band phase noise floor of -141dBc/Hz @ 1MHz offset. Additionally, it offers a high level of tuning accuracy and stability, delivering smooth frequency sweep with minimal jitter using its low-distortion automated tuning circuitry. The wide tuning range makes it ideally suited for wide-band radio frequency transmitter applications.

The 510SAB-BBAG Programmable Oscillators are implemented using an innovative, high-speed, low-noise architecture which utilizes a combination of ASIC and 5-wire modulation techniques. The device\'s 3-wire control interface enables digital frequency, modulation and phase tuning for a full range of output signals. The digital control also facilitates automatic gain control and temperature compensation for improved system accuracy. The oscillators offer fast settling time and high reliability, making them ideal for use in high speed applications.

The main application of this device is in the field of wide-band radio frequency transmitter applications.
