The 534FB000665DGR is a low cost solution for applications that need a dependable oscillator that is easily configured and adjusted.This oscillator is a precision timing solution designed to provide high stability and low jitter. It features a frequency range of 1-250 MHz with a frequency resolution of 0.1% (1kHz), a frequency adjustment accuracy of ±100ppm, and an operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C. The 534FB000665DGR is ideal for applications such as mobile communications systems, embedded systems, and telecommunications systems. Using this oscillator, the frequency is programmed through application-specific software and loaded onto the device through pin configuration.The 534FB000665DGR consists of four components including an oscillator core, an on-board EEPROM, a temperature-compensated crystal (TCXO), and a frequency selection register. The device architecture is an entirely closed loop one, where the frequency adjustments are applied directly on the oscillator without external calibration equipment. The EEPROM stores the configuration information and the frequency selection register stores the frequency data provided by the user. A clock signal is generated using the TCXO and the oscillator core. The direction of the clock signal is controlled by the on-board EEPROM; either up or down in frequency, depending on the programming instructions from the user.The 534FB000665DGR is easily configured and programmed via software with a wide range of frequencies and voltage levels. The device has a selectable slew rate for varying power consumption needs and can also support up to 5 different output formats such as TTL, HCMOS, LVCMOS, LVDS, and LVPECL.
