60KS200C Circuit Protection

The TVS - Diodes 60KS200C is a Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed to protect semiconductor devices from high voltage transients. This diode can absorb and suppress large overvoltage surges up to 600W peak impulse power and can protect against line transients such as Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) generated when people touch virtual instruments and keyboards.

Working Principle
