The 6297PA1-A-NA is a high performance solid state relay with two totally isolated relay output. It is widely accepted in the Semiconductor industry. This solid state relay features 70A contact rating, 0.1 to 1mS response time and stable output performance. 6297 PA1-A-NA application field includes controlling high power HVAC systems, industrial process automation, controlling machine tools, lighting, elevators, actuation systems and many more.

Working Principle

The 6297PA1-A-NA solid state relay is accessible in multiple configurations including both standard and universal tables. This solid state relay features an input voltage of 5 to 24V DC control input level. It comes with an overvoltage protection function and has an embedded thermal protection that indicates the warning amplitude. The input of the solid state relay is fortified with a LED indicator indicating the relay contact status.The 6297 PA1-A-NA works by converting the low power DC control signals to non-contact high power AC signals using a solid-state switching device, such as a TRIAC or a MOSFET.
