The 69CNQ150 is a rectifier array recovery device, designed specifically for use in UPS systems and other power electronic applications. Its high velocity of conduction, low reverse recovery time, and low internal capacitance make it an ideal choice for fast load-switching in applications requiring high-power and/or fast dynamic response. The 69CNQ150 is a dual rectifier array with a total of eight diodes comprising four anodes. Each diode has an anode and a control enable pin, along with a collector common connection, an anode-gate input and an anode-collector output terminal.The 69CNQ150 is a high-voltage (100V) fast-switching rectifier array that offers a low reverse recovery time of 150us. This low recovery time helps reduce power dissipation during current flow. It also helps maintain proper overvoltage/overcurrent protection to ensure the safety of the device in high-power applications. In addition, the 69CNQ150\'s high voltage provides improved thermal performance due to its reduced on-state resistance. In order to work effectively, the 69CNQ150 requires a biased gate input that is provided by the control enable leg. The gate input works in tandem with the anode to regulate switching. When the gate input is pulled low, the anode is pulled high and current flows. When the gate input is pulled high, the anode is pulled low and then current stops flowing.
