Incandescents
An incandescent lamp, or incandescent light bulb, is an electric light with a wire filament heated to such a high temperature that it glows with visible light. Incandescent lamps are made in a wide range of shapes and sizes for use in different types of lighting fixtures. Pre-dating even the fluorescent lamp, it is one of the oldest form of electric lighting still in use today. Most of the light produced by an incandescent bulb is produced from the heat of the filament, as it is heated to temperatures over 2000 K. The light given off from the filament is a result of black-body radiation created by its temperature. As a result, incandescent lamps radiate a large amount of infrared radiation in addition to visible light, wasting a large portion of their input energy. As a result, they are much less efficient than newer forms of lighting such as LED and fluorescent lamps.
Neons
A neon lamp, also known as a neon glow lamp, is a light source that provides illumination through the emission of visible light when an electric current passes through a gas contained within a glass tube. Neon lights are used for signage, advertising, and decorative purposes, and come in a variety of bright colors. The gas used in a neon lamp is a mixture of neon and other gases, such as argon, krypton, or xenon. When an electric current is applied to the gas, the gas molecules become ionized and emit a characteristic bright color of visible light. The various colors produced by different gases are the result of different electron transition energies. Neon lamps are energy efficient, producing more light per watt than incandescent lamps. However, they are limited by their short life span and require frequent re-lamping.
7153 Application Field and Working Principle
7153 application field and working principle is a process used in the manufacture of some types of electric lighting, such as neon lamps and incandescent lamps. In this process, a gas-filled tube is placed over a wire filament, which is then heated by an electric current. The heat causes the gas within the tube to become agitated and ionized, resulting in the emission of visible light from the tube. This process is commonly used in lamps as it produces a more efficient light than incandescent lamps, and is much more durable than fluorescent lamps. The 7153 process is used in many types of electric lighting, including neon lamps, incandescent lamps, and fluorescent lamps. In each case, the gas-filled tube is filled with a mixture of different gases, depending on the type of lamp and the desired color of light. The type and composition of the gas used determines the color of light that is produced by the lamp. In addition, the type of dissipated heat determines the efficiency of the lamp, and the type of filament used determines the life expectancy of the lamp.
