The Master latch when triggered, it will override the Slave datas to be stored. The Slave latch is triggered on the low-to-high edge of the clock. During the “valid” stage, the slave latch inputs need only be stable while the clock transition is still in transition.</p><p>The 74FCT162823ATPAG8 is useful in applications that require higher speed and lower power.
