The 853S006AGILFT is a high-performance clock buffer, driver, and repeater device which supports Low Voltage Differential Signaling (LVDS), Pseudo-Differential Signaling (PDS), and low-skew signal distribution applications. This device is typically used in computer systems as a timing solution, providing high speed, low-skew, and efficient signal routing.The 853S006AGILFT device utilizes on-chip passive components and logic buffers to provide high-speed, low-skew signal distribution. This device is powered by a single 3.3V power supply, and has six differential inputs, each of which can be amplitude matched for low-skew signal distribution. The 853S006AGILFT device also includes an output clock buffer which can be configured for either LVDS or PDS operation.The 853S006AGILFT device is ideal for applications such as data communication, networking, computer systems, disk drives, printers, and other applications which require low-skew, high-speed signal transmission. The device can be configured for either single-ended or differential outputs for increased flexibility in signal routing. Additionally, the device can be used in a hot-swappable manner, allowing for quick and easy changes in the signal source.The 853S006AGILFT utilizes two input buffers, two feedback buffers, two voltage controlled oscillators (VCOs), one data buffer, and a clock buffer to provide low-skew, high-speed signal distribution. The input buffers provide low-skew signal routing within the 853S006AGILFT device and are responsible for receiving the input clock signal. This can be either a single-ended or a differential signal.The feedback buffers within the 853S006AGILFT device are used to provide high-bandwidth, low-latency, low-skew signal propagation. The two buffers are used to divide the input signal into two separate signals, one of which is sent to the data buffer, while the other is sent to the clock buffer. The two separate signals allow the 853S006AGILFT device to achieve better timing margins and low-skew signal propagation.The two VCOs within the 853S006AGILFT device are used to generate the clock signals to be sent out on the output connectors. The VCOs are responsible for generating high-speed, low-latency, low-skew signals for the outputs. The data buffer is used for data transfer and is responsible for routing signals from the inputs to the outputs.
