Multiple Conductor Cables are used in a variety of demanding electrical applications in a range of industries, from aerospace to medical, and include applications for 85407 BK005 (hereafter referred to as “85407”). 85407 is designed for high-flex applicator fields and power and RF applications. Its characteristics are designed for superior performance, such as low-static capacitance, low-dissipation factors, low-clearance voltage requirements, and resistance to noise.

85407 consists of three conductors, or lugs, made with silver-plated copper. The outer conductor jacket is constructed of black polyurethane. This insulation material provides excellent resistance to water, fire, radiation, temperature variance, and other forms of environmental stress. Additionally, the insulation material provides superior electrical insulation properties and prevents electrical signal interference.
