The 8T49N105A-002NLGI is a fully integrated Crystal Ceramic Oscillator (CCO) with a Synthesized Frequency Source. It integrates three primary elements to produce a high quality, low jitter clock source; an oscillator circuit to generate an exact frequency, a synthesizer to adjust the output frequency and a PLL (Phase Locked Loop) to lock the output frequency to a reference frequency.The crystal oscillator is made up of a Quartz Crystal Resonator (QCR) and Capacitor (C). The oscillator is connected to a voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) circuit that produces a higher frequency than the resonator’s frequency. This frequency is then fed to the PLL for further processing. The PLL circuitry then locks the output frequency to the reference frequency by means of feedback from the VCO circuit.Features
