93C46AT-E/MS is a type of memory chip. It is an 8-pin EEPROM Memory that comes with a 2-wire serial interface and provide a 2Kbit or 16Kbit of memory. It has a non-volatile property, meaning that the stored data can be kept even when power to the device is removed.
