The 9DBL0641BKILF is a high-performance, ultra-low power self-timed logic clock oscillator, designed to use for a wide range of applications specific for clock/timing. It is programmed so as to output clock frequencies which can span from 2.5 to 150 MHz with the help of a USB connector. It includes the ISO-CMOS VCO technology, with the prime motive to regulate clock frequencies adequate to the present market demand. This ultra-low power integrated circuit is engineered to fit into a small workplace and is capacitated to deliver over 100mA load current along with a maximum total unload power dissipation of 10 mW.
The 9DBL0641BKILF is configured with a 3-pin internal feedback programmable logic oscillator, which offers multiple input levels that offer long-term stability and high resolution for minimum jitter. It is a high-sensitivity-low-power module provided with an integrated MEMS oscillator chip inside. It offers the maximum frequency spread of 4 times from the point of origin, resulting in a tight effect on the output clock.
