A1155LUA-T

A1155LUA-T is a small size, low-cost Hall-effect sensor IC suitable for magnetic and non-contact sensing applications. It incorporates a Hall-effect IC, a CMOS signal conditioner, and an AST output stage, offering a simple and reliable solution for setup and operation in the magnetic field switch control system. This device is designed for use in low-current and low-voltage applications, making it ideal for a wide variety of industrial, home appliance, and automotive applications.

When an external magnetic field is applied, the Hall-effect IC detects the presence of the magnetic field and the embedded CMOS signal conditioner amplifies and processes the information from the Hall-effect IC, producing an AST output. The output of the AST output is digital, with two voltage levels, high for when the magnetic field is present and low when the magnetic field is absent. This makes for a dependable and low cost switch control system.

The A1155LUA-T is designed to be used with NdFeB magnets. By enabling an NdFeB magnet to be placed near the device, the magnetic field can be used to switch the output on and off as desired. The device has a maximum detectable magnetic field strength of 0.7 mA/m. It has a high temperature range between -40℃ and +100℃, displaying excellent insulating properties. It has a very low current consumption to save power and a wide operating range from 2.7 V to 5.5 V.

The device has a maximum rating of 10mA (static) and it is also suitable to use in a wide variety of motor rotating speed detection applications. It provides a DC voltage equivalent to the hall voltage induced by the moving magnetic field applied to the IC, enabling the rate of the current of the motor to be accurately detected.

Due to its small size and low cost, the A1155LUA-T is suitable for a variety of applications, ranging from consumer electronics to industrial and automotive applications. It can be used in motor speed detection, door and window sensors, and switch control systems. Its low power consumption makes it ideal for battery powered applications and its wide operating temperature range makes it suitable for outdoor use.
