A1333LLETR-T Application Field

A1333LLETR-T is an optoelectronic device specifically designed for angular and linear position measurement applications in industrial manufacturing, automotive assembly and testing, robotic manipulation and aerospace programs. It allows hands-free operation and accurate, repeatable measurements. A1333LLETR-T can measure angular displacement with an accuracy of 0.0001 degrees and linear displacement with an accuracy of 0.0001 inches. The device is also immune to shock, vibration, and temperature change, ensuring an extended response time and a reliable measurement result.

A1333LLETR-T Working Principle

A1333LLETR-T adopts optical signal transmission technology to detect and measure the angular or linear displacement. It uses a pair of optoelectronic devices as the sensing elements, and optical signals are transmitted between the emitter and the receiver pair to measure the displacement. The device also uses digital signal processing algorithm to convert the optical signal into digital information and analyze it.

The sensing element used in A1333LLETR-T contains two LED light sources and a CCD. The light emitted from the LED light sources travels through a mirror and reflects off of the object and back through the mirror. The reflected light is then detected by the CCD and is converted into an electrical signal. The signal is then processed by a DSP algorithm to generate a displacement result.
