A3901SEJTR-T is a monolithic Motor Driver PMIC designed for maximum flexibility and designed to be easy to use in a wide variety of applications. The device features a low quiescent current bi-directional motor control IC with built in under voltage protection and over temperature protection, dual MOSFET outputs, a synchronous rectifier, and a current limited output.

The A3901SEJTR-T has many application fields across industries, including the medical, automotive, and industrial fields. Additionally, the device is well suited for use in a wide range of motor control applications such as home automation, cordless routers, DC motors, and brushless DC motors. The device is also suitable for use in a wide range of battery charging applications.

The A3901SEJTR-T uses a simple driver circuit to provide a smooth speed control of motors. The circuit is made up of two field effect transistors (FETs) and two drivers (one low side and one high side) with built-in over current, over voltage, under voltage and short circuit protection.
