A3901SEJTR-T is a monolithic Motor Driver PMIC designed for maximum flexibility and designed to be easy to use in a wide variety of applications. The device features a low quiescent current bi-directional motor control IC with built in under voltage protection and over temperature protection, dual MOSFET outputs, a synchronous rectifier, and a current limited output.
The A3901SEJTR-T has many application fields across industries, including the medical, automotive, and industrial fields.
