A6387DTR is a module used in the process of fabrication in the semiconductor industry for lithography. The Electronic Interface consists of a digital-to-analogue converter (DAC), a low voltage differential signal (LVDS) receiver, and a transmit module. The DAC is used to convert the address and data from the computer to a level compatible with the semiconductor wafer.
