It is a single, lowside, high-speed, current-mode controller with an embedded high-voltage MOSFET for improved power efficiency. The A6727TR is an energy-efficient device integrating an embedded, high-speed, 50 mΩ N-channel Power-MOSFET featuring an adjustable current sense voltage, an adjustable dead time and current limit.
