The ACA2461P2 is a High Linearity 2.4GHz Power Amplifier from Murata designed for WLAN applications in the 2400-2500MHz band. It utilizes an advanced high-performance InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) process with Gallium Arsenide(GaAs) enhancement, making it suitable for use in 2.4GHz ISM (Industrial, Scientific, Medical) band devices, wireless LAN 802.11b/g/n/ac/ax applications for 2.4GHz WLAN, and Bluetooth 5.1GHz WLAN.
