ACGRAT101L-HF

ACGRAT101L-HF is a single diode rectifier which is mainly used for applications in the power supply, welding power supply and storage battery charger. The operating frequency should be higher than 30kHz. This diode is designed especially for low-voltage applications and works under the principles of PN Junction, which creates an electrical circuit that uses the characteristics of a highly conductive crystal to conduct electricity.

PN Junction is a type of semiconductor junction wherein two different types of semiconductor are brought together so that the semiconductor side of the junction has the same type of semiconductor material. The junction itself acts like a diode, allowing only one-way current flow in one direction.
